Hi Guys! Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Website Template Stock Photo Road Side Board
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now fill the Background Layer with the help of ‘0872a2′ & then select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading
[3]-Now select Brush Tool & use the Clouds Brush & following settings
[4]-Now select ‘fffffa’ color in Forground & create the following Clouds with the help of ‘Brush Tool’
[6]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rounded Rectangle Tool’
[7]-Now fill the selection with ‘d8dede’ color & then select ‘Dodge Tool’ 
& Highlight the some parts like as shown below
[8]-Now go to Blending Options select ‘Drop Shadow’ & use the following settings

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rounded Rectangle Tool’
[10]-Now fill the selection with ‘027d19′ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[11]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[12]-Now fill the selection with ‘d0d1d1′ color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[13]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’ with hold shift & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[14]-Now select Text Tool 
& create the any Text
