[9] Make a new layer player with your brush tool.
[10] Create a drop shape using custom shape tool.
[11] Right click select make selection, then press “M” right click select the stroke apply these settings.
[12] Change the Blending Mode to “Soft Light”.
[13] Duplicate a few time rotate your shape like me.
[14] Take the Brush Tool use these settings.
[15] Set the Foreground color.
[16] Make a new layer now play with your brush tool.
[17] Choose Gradient to and set properties like this.
[18] Create a shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool, Apply gradient to selection to get the result like this.
