now take the elliptical marquee tool move the selection right arrow key.
[7] Then create following highlight with the help of Dodge Tool.
[8] Take the “Burn Tool” 
then create following shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[9] Now create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool.
[10] Make a new layer. Fill the selection with #dbd8d3.
[11] Take the “Burn Tool” 
then create following shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[12] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[13] Create the following shape with the help of “Pen Tool”.
[14] Take the Brush Tool apply the following settings.
[15] Now set the Foreground color see in the next image.
[16] Take the Pen Tool again right click select Stroke Path apply the following settings.
[17] This is my result.
[18] Now take the “Eraser Tool” 
erase the some part like this.
[19] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool.
[20] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[21] Create a new shape with the help of Ellipse Tool.
[22] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[23] Create small circle with the help of Ellipse Tool.
[24] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[25] Draw a few line with the help of pencil tool.
[26] Create a some text also.
[27] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool.
Right click select make selection.
[28] Choose Gradient to and set properties like this.
[29] Apply gradient to selection to get the result like this.
[30] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool.
Right click select make selection.
Apply the same gradient to selection to get the result like this.
[31] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool.
[32] Take the Brush Tool apply the following settings.
[33] Take the Pen Tool again right click select Stroke Path apply the following settings.
