[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 500 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Create a shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool Radius with 80px.
Now create a shape. Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp.

[5] Take the Brun Tool apply the following settings.

press cntl+Shift+I to Inverse selection hit the delete key.

[11] Now create another shape with help of Rounded Rectangle Tool Radius with 80px.
Now create a shape. Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp.
Adjust the nodes to get the shape as shown.
[12] Now right click select make selection. Make a new layer.
Fill that layer with White color. After that go to select>Modify>Contact Selection by 4px.
[13] Now hit the Delete key.
[14] Create a following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool hit the delete key.
[15] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[16] Create the following shape with the help of “Pen Tool”.
[17] Right click select make selection. Make a new layer.
Fill the selection with #68482f.
[18] Take the “Burn Tool” 
create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[19] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[20] Repeat above step (9 or 10).
[21] Create the following selection with the help of “Pen Tool”.
[22] Make a new layer fill the selection with #b38d5c.
[23] Take the “Brun Tool” 
create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[24] Create a small circle with the help of Ellipse Shape Tool.
[25] For this shape add the following layer styles.
