[5] Make a new layer fill the selection with #0058e0.
And now drag the Layer above the background layer.
[6] Take the “Burn Tool” 
& create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool.
Do not “D” select.
[7] Take the “Dodge Too” 
& then highlight the following parts with the help of Dodge Tool.
[8] Create a new shape with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool.
[9] Make a new layer fill the selection with #029df0.
[10] Take the “Burn Tool” 
& create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[11] Create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool.
Fill that layer with #f8eff0. Do not “D” select.
[12] Take the “Dodge Too” 
& then highlight the following parts with the help of Dodge Tool.
[13] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[14] Create a new shape with the help of Ellipse Shape Tool.
[15] After that add the following layer styles.
[16] Take the Shape Tool select this one.
[17] Create a shape like this.
[18] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[19] This is my result.
[20] Take the “Eraser Tool” 
erase the some part like me.
[21] Create the following shape with the helo of Rounded Rectangle Tool.
Make a new layer fill the selection with #1a365d.
[22] Take the “Burn Tool” 
& create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[23] Duplicate that layer and place it like me.
[24] Take the Text Tool apply the following settings.
