[6] Create a shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool.
[7] Make a new layer. Apply the same gradient to selection to get the result like this.
[8] Create a shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool, now go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection Radius 20px.
[9] Create a new layer above the background layer, fill the selection with Black color.
[10] Now set the Opacity 76%.
[11] Create another shape with Elliptical Marquee Tool, go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection Radius 7px.
[12] Create a new layer, fill the selection with White color.
