Here we will tell you how to make a Photoshop design toy pencil logo in photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Start by creating a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.
[3] Take the Pen Tool create a shape like this.
[4] Now right click select make selection, and hit the delete key press “D” deselect.
[4] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[5] Take the Shape Tool select this one.
[6] Create a shape with that layer with #f5b97b.
[7] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool set the properies like this.
[8] Ctrl+Click on this layer to get selection, then create a shape like this.
[9] Make a new layer fill with black.
[10] Create a following selection wiht the help of Pollygonal Lasso Tool.
[11] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
Create the following shadding with Dodge Tool.
[12] Create a following selection wiht the help of Pollygonal Lasso Tool
[13] Take the “Burn Tool” 
create the following shadding like me.
[14] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[15] Select the led layer, add the following layer styles.
[16] Create a shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool, fill that layer with Black now drag the layer above the Background layer.
[17] For this shape add the following layer styles.’
