[11] Take the Shape Tool select this one.
[12] Create a shape right click select make selecion click ok to get the selection hit the Delete key.
[13] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[14] Take the Pen Tool create a shape like me.
[15] Choose Brush Tool to and set properties like this.
[16] Set the Foreground color 
take the pen tool right select Stroke Path use these settings.
