[2] Choose Elliptical Marquee Tool to and set properties like this.
[3] Create a shape like this.
[4] Create a new layer, fill that layer with Black.
[5] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[6] Choose Elliptical Marquee Tool to and set properties like this.
[7] Ctrl+Click on previous layer to get selection, after that create a shape like this.
[8] Go to Select>Modify>Feather, Radius 3px.
[9] Set the Foreground color 
create a new layer with the color.
[10] Take the Pen Tool create a shape like this.
[11] Choose Gradient to and set properties like this.
[12] Right click select make selection, create a new layer, Apply gradient to selection to get the result like this.
[13] Create a shape with rectangular shape tool.
[14] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[15] Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
[16] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[17] Choose Rounded Rectangle Tool to and set properties like this, then create a shape.
[18] Enable add to shape area from the top bar. Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
[19] ouble click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[20] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool and set properties like this.
[21] Ctrl+Click on this layer to get selection, then create a shape like this.
[22] Choose Gradient to and set properties like this.
[23] Create new layer, Apply gradient to selection to get the result like this.
[24] Repeat above step (fill Gradient).
[25] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool and set properties like this.
[26] Create a shape like this.
[27] Fill that layer with Red Color.
[28] This is my final result.
