[1] Take a new file of 300 pixels, 300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Create a shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool color is #010147.
[3] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[4] Cntl+Click the shape layer to get selection, take the rectangular marquee tool to substract selection create a shape over the selection to get the result like this.
[5] Choose Gradient to and set properties like this.
[6] Apply gradient to selection to get the result like this.
[7] Take the Brush Tool apply the following settings.
[8] Now set the foreground color.
[9] Make a new layer after that play with your brush tool.
[10] Now create a new shape with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool.
After that make a new layer fill the selection with white color.
[11] Now set the Opacity 20%.
[12] You get the result something like this.
[13] Duplicate the shape layer and place it like me.
