[13] Duplicate the previous shape clear layer style, go to Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical.
[14] Ctrl+Click on first shape layer to get selection, create a new layer fill with Black.
[15] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[16] Create the following selection with help of “Pen Tool”, create a new layer fill that layer with Black.
[17] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
