[13] Create a shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool.
Make a new layer. Fill the selection with Black.
[14] For this shape add the followng layer styles.
[15] Create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool.
Make a new layer. Fill the selection with light gray.
[16] Create the following selection with the help of “Polygonal Lasso”.
Make a new layer fill the selection with #048037.
[17] Create the following selection with the help of “Polygonal Lasso”.
Make a new layer fill the selection with #3cb448.
[18] I have add some rusty text.
