[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 360×360 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘ececec’clor & then go to Blending Options,select ‘Drop Shadow’ & use the following settings

[15]-Now select ‘fffffa’ color in Forground & then Open New Layer & create the following Shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
right click select Stroke Path

the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool & then press DELETE

[25]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below all Layers] & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool

[26]-Now fill the selection with ‘464646′ color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[33]-Now Open New Layer & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following Shape

[34]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool,select Pen Tool right click select Make Selection

[35]-In Make Selection feather radius should ‘0′ pixels,tick on New Selection & then Ok.Your image should look like as shown

[36]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & then rotate the shape with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER

[37]-Now set the 5 pxl Brush & then create the following shape with the help of Ellipse Tool,right click select ‘Stroke Path’

the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[44]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘6bf2fe’color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow
& use the following settings
