[2]-Now set the 5pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of “Pen Tool” right click select
“Stroke Path”
[3]-In Stroke Path select “Brush” & then Ok
[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[5]-Now like this set the 3 pxl Brush & then create the others like as shwon below
[6]-Now create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[7]-In Stroke Path select “Brush” & then Ok.Like this create the others & after that create the following selection with
the help of Pen Tool
[8]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection ‘ee1c24′color & then create the following selection with the help of
Rectangular Marquee Tool
[9]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘363636′ color & then create the others
[10]-Now create the following Transformation with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER
[11]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool & then press “DELETE”
[12]-Now like this create the others & then Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of ‘Polygonal
Lasso Tool’
[13]-Now fill the selection with ‘fe030d’ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Polygonal Lasso Tool’
[14]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘f8e64e’ color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow

[16]-Now fill the selection with ‘f5df25′ color & then select Text Tool 
& create the any Text
