Today I will tell you about How to Create United Nation UNO Logo Icon Services
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 450×450 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of “Elliptical Marquee Tool”
[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘aba000′ color & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click
select ‘Make Selection’
[4]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection
[5]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[6]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘aba000′ color & then make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J
& after that little rotate the following shape with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER
[7]-Now like this make the Other Duplicate Layers & then rotate each layer with the help of Ctrl+T & your image should look
like as shown below
[8]-Now merge all Layers with the help of Ctrl+E & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Glow & use the following
settings

[9]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[10]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[11]-Now fill the selection with ‘2e3192′ color & then open other image of globe with the help of Ctrl+O & adjust in First
Document with the help of Move Tool
[12]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Saturation’
[13]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[14]-Now select Text Tool 
& create the any Text
