[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500xx500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[3]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below
[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘114d8c’ color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading
[5]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[6]-Now fill the selection with ‘e8f0f0′ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[7]-Now Open New Layer [this layer should below all layers] & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[8]-Now fill the selection with ‘db070b’ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[9]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘e8f0f0′ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[10]-Now Open New Layer [this layer should below all layers] & then fill the selection with ‘f01c1c’ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & after that create the following
selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[11]-Now fill the selection with ‘114d8c’ color & create the some shading after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[12]-Now Open New Layer [this layer should below all layers] & then fill the selection with ‘e8f0f0′ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘763524′ color & then set the 3 pxl Dodge Tool & create & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[14]-In Stroke Path select ‘Dodge’ & then ok & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[15]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘455a5a’ color & then create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[16]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[17]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’
