Hi Guys! Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Website Template Stock Photo Target Concept
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’
[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘d10000′ color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading
[4]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’
[5]-Now fill the selection with ‘d8dede’ color & & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’
[6]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘d10000′ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[7]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’ & then fill with ‘d8dede’ color
[8]-Like this create the others & your image should look like as shown below
[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[10]-Now fill the selection with ‘ff1111′ color & create the following selection & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I
[11]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[12]-Now fill the selection with ‘7c0000′ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[14]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
