[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘aaabb0′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & then press Delete
[4]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’
& Highlight the some parts like as shown below
[5]-Now go to Blending Options select ‘Stroke Structure’ & use the following settings

[6]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[7]-Now fill the selection with ‘ec0e0e’ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’ & then press Delete
[8]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading with create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[9]-Now select Text Tool 
& create the any Text
[10]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[11]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then select ‘Erase Tool’ & use the following settings
[12]-Now erase the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’ & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘6d1b1b’ color & then reduce the opacity of this layer
[14]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[15]-Now fill the selection with ‘d2d3d7′ color & then Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’
[16]-Now Open New Layer [this layer should below all layers] & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ feather radius of radius of this selection should 4 pxl
