Hi Friends! Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Website Template Stock Photo Frame
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500xx500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’
[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘6f441e’ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’ & then press DELETE
[4]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[5]-Now set the 4 pxl Burn Tool & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[6]-In Stroke Path select ‘Burn’ & then ok & after that set the 3 pxl Dodge Tool & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[7]-In Stroke Path select ‘Dodge’ & then ok & like this create the others with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I
[8]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’
[9]-Now fill the selection with ‘804d20′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’ & then press DELETE
[10]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[11]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading & after that select ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the some parts with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I
[12]-Now go to Blending Options select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[13]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[14]-Now select ‘Brush Tool’ & then press F5 & use the following Brush & settings
[15]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[16]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok
[17]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Color Dodge’ & then ok
[18]-Like this create the others
