[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 450×450 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[3]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection
[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[5]-Now fill the selection with ‘f43434b’color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following
Shading
[6]-Now select “Dodge Tool” 
& Highlight the some Parts like as shown below
[7]-Now select Dodge Tool & use the following size & settings
[8]-Now create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select “Stroke Path”
[9]-In ‘Stroke Path’ select “Dodge Tool” & then ok
[10]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[11]-Now set the 5 pxl Brush Tool & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click
select “Stroke Path”
[12]-Now use the following settings
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of “Rectangular Marque Tool” with hold Shift
[14]-Now fill the selection with ‘cdcdcd’ color & then create the following Shading with the help of Burn & Dodge Tool &
after that create the following selection with the help of “Elliptical Marquee Tool”
[15]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘fbfbf3′color & then go to Blending Options,select INNER SHADOW

[16]-Now set the 5 pxl Brush Tool & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of Ellipse Tool,right
click select “Stroke Path”
[17]-In Stroke Path select “Brush” & then ok

[19]-Now go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[20]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then adjust with the help of Move Tool
[21]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’ with hold Shift &
after that fill the selection with ‘363636′color
[22]-Now set the 6 pxl Brush & then Open Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select
Stroke Path

[24]-Now go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

the selection with ‘363636′color
[28]-Now set the 3pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select
Stroke Path
[29]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then Ok & like this create the others & use the Bevel & Emboss Options as used previous
Steps & after that create the following selection with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool
[30]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use
the following settings

[32]-Now set the 1 pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click
select Stroke Path

[34]-Now like this create the others & your image should look like as shown below

& create the any Text
