[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 380×330 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then Create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘111111′color & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
[4]-Now select “Dodge Tool” 
& highlight the following parts
[5]-Now like this highlight the other parts & after that create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
[6]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below all first Layer] & then fill the selection with ‘111111′ color & then
create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool & highlights th some parts with the help of “Dodge Tool”
[7]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below all layers] & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal
Lasoo Tool
[8]-Now fill the selection with ‘859185′color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[9]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[10]-Now reduce the Opacity of this Layer like as shown below
[11]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[12]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
[14]-Now fill the selection with ‘252525′color & then reduce the Opacity of this layer
[15]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
[16]-Now fill the selection with ‘887f7c’color & then create the little shading with the help of Burn Tool
[17]-Now Open New Layer & then Create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[18]-Now fill the selection with ‘040000′color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Glow & use the following settings

[19]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[20]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptica Marquee Tool
[21]-Now fill the selection with ‘030303′color & your image should look like as shown below
[22]-Now subsequent 2 Layers should put in the Group Layer folder with the help of click on following Button which is
indicating by Hand sign
[23]-Now right click on Group Layer folder & then select ‘Convert to Smart Object’
[24]-Now create the following Transformation with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER
[25]-Now make the 4 Duplicate Layers with the help of 4 times press Ctrl+J & then increase & decrease size of each shape as
your choice with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER
[26]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following points with the help of different size of Brushes
[27]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasoo Tool
[28]-Now fill the selection with ‘000000′color.
