Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Heart Photo Frame Icon

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 400×450 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of “Pen Tool” right click select ‘Make Selection’

[3]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection

[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[5]-Now fill the selection with ‘8f0f08′color & then select “Burn Tool” Photoshop-Heart-Photo-Frame-Icon5 & create the following shading

[6]-Now select “Dodge Tool” Photoshop-Heart-Photo-Frame-Icon7 & Highlight the some Parts like as shown below

[7]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[8]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[9]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then go to Filter>Sketch>Water Paper & use the following settings

[10]-Now reduce the Opacity of this layer like as shown below

[13]-Now Open any other image with the help of Ctrl+O & adjust in First Document with the help of Move Tool as I used
following image

[14]-Now select Image Layer & then go to Blending Options,select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[15]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’

[16]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & then go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss & use the following
settings

[17]-Now reduce the Opacity of this Layer

[18]-Now set the 5pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following Shape with the help of ‘Rectangle Tool’ right
click select “Stroke Path”

[19]-Now select “Brush” in Stroke Path

[20]-Now reduce the Opacity of this Layer

[21]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[22]-Now select Custom Shape Tool & use the following Shape & settings

[23]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following Shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool,right click select “Make
Selection”

[24]-In Make Selection ‘feather radius’should ‘0′ pixels,Tick on New Selection & then Ok & your image should look like
as shown below

[25]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[26]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[28]-Now like this create the others & used different Gradients & after that create the following selection with the help of
Custom Shape Tool

[29]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘8f0f08′color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow

[30]-Now create the following selection with the help of “Magic Wand Tool” & then Open New Layer

[31]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & then Opacity of this layer should ‘15%’

[32]-Now select “Brush Tool” & press F5 & use the following settings

[33]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select “Stroke Path”

[34]-In Stroke Path select “Brush” & then ok. Like this Create the others & your image should look like as shown below

[35]-Now go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[36]-Now Opacity of this Layer should ‘50%’
