Today I will teach you about How to Create Photoshop Glass Button Website Template Header
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 220×760 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Rounded Rectangle Tool’
right click select ‘Make Selection’
[3]-In Make Selection ‘feather radius’ should ‘0′ pixels,tick on New Selection & then Ok.Your image should look like as
shown below
[4]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use
the following settings

[5]-Now select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[6]-Now select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[10]-Now select Satin Structure & apply the following settings

[11]-Now select Color Overlay & use the following settings
[12]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of
“Rounded Rectangle Tool”
[13]-Now fill the selection with any color & after that used the same Blending Options as used in Previous steps & your
image should look like as shown below
[14]-Now like this create the others & then Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical
Marquee Tool’
[15]-Now fill the selection with any color & use the same Blending Options as used earlier & then create the others
[16]-Now select Text Tool 
& create the any Text as I written following
[17]-Now create the following Text with the help of Text Tool
[18]-Now reduce the Opacity of this Layer like as shown below
