[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 350×400 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select Make Selection
[3]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection
[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[5]-Now fill the selection with ‘e6e5e3′ color & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool & then press
DELETE
[6]-Now create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool & then fill with ’same color’ as used in previous step
[7]-Now select “Burn Tool” 
& create the following shading
[8]-Now select “Dodge Tool” 
& create the following selection with the help of Elliptical
Marquee Tool & then highlight the some parts with the help of Dodge Tool
[9]-Now press Ctrl+Shift+I & then Highlight the some parts like as shown below
[10]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help Pen Tool
[11]-Now fill the selection with ‘44b7d2′ color & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool & then press
DELETE
[12]-Now create the following shading & highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Burn’ & ‘Dodge Tool’
[13]-Now set the 9 pxl Dodge Tool 
& then create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool
right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[14]-In Stroke Path select ‘Dodge’ & then ok
[15]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[16]-Now like this create the others & then set the 1 pxl Burn Tool & create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,
right click select “Stroke Path”
[17]-In Stroke Path select ‘Burn’ & then Ok
[18]-Now create the some outer parts with the help of Brush Tool & then create final shading with the help of Burn & Dodge
Tool
[19]-Now set the 5 pxl Brush & Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click
select ‘Stroke Path’
[20]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok
[21]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[22]-Now go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[24]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[25]-Now fill the selection with ‘e8e7ed’ color & then go to Blending Options select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[29]-Now fill the selection with any color & then set the 1 pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape
with the help of Pen Tool,right click select Stoke Path
[30]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then Ok.Then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click
select Stroke Path
[31]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & after that reduce the opacity of this Layer
[32]-Now like this create the Others & then Open New Layer [this Layer should below all Layers] & create the following
selection with the help of Pen Tool
[33]-Now fill the selection with ‘e6e5e3′ color & then go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss & use the following
settings
