Here I will tell you about How to Create Photoshop Discound Off Logo Icon
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 240×280 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now select “Rounded Rectangle Tool” use the following settings
[3]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Rounded Rectangle Tool’ right click select
‘Make Selection’
[4]-In Make Selection ‘feather Radius’ should ‘0′ pixels,tick on New Selection & then Ok & your image should look like
as shown below
[5]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[6]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[7]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[8]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool
[9]-Now fill the selection with ‘363636′ color then select ‘Text Tool’ 
& create the any Text
