[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 280×300 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[3]-In Make Selection ‘feather radius’ should ‘0′ pixels,tick on New Selection & then Ok & your image should look like as
shown below
[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘ececec’ color & then go to Blending Options,select Stroke Structure & use the following
settings

[5]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[6]-Now fill the selection with ‘ffffff’ color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[7]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[8]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below all Layers] & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[9]-Now fill the selection with ‘ececec’ color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[10]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[11]-Now select “Burn” Tool 
& create the following selection with the help of Rectangular
Marquee Tool with Hold Shift & then create the shading with the help of “Burn Tool”
[12]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[13]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings
[14]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[15]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[16]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then go to Blending Options,select Gradient Overlay & use the
following settings

[18]-Now Open any image of Flowers with the help of Ctrl+O & adjust in First Document with the help of Move Tool
[19]-Now reduce the Opacity of this layer & then Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of Elliptical
Marquee Tool
[20]-Now fill the selection with any color & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool
& then press DELETE
[21]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool & then press DELETE
[22]-Now select Text Tool 
& create the any Text
