Apply the insert and extrude polygons with the good following amount as shown below

[5]-Create one more small rectangle and place like me 
[6]-Create chamfer cylinder and place like me 
[7]-Convert the chamfer cylinder into the editable poly and select the edges like me 
[8]-After that apply the extrude edges with the good following amount as shown below 
[9]-Create chamfer box and apply the FFD 3×3x3 modifier and select the control point
Drag like this 
[10]-Create chamfer cylinder and place like me 
[11]-Create rectangle with the following size and open the rendering palette
Use the following setting and place like me 
[12]-Make the materials like me 
[13]-Set the skylight like this with the good following parameters
