Hi…..friends here i will show how create a stock vector illustration 3d road barrier images.
In this tutorial you will learn how to create a road barrier quick and easy.
[1]-Choose the Box and create two boxes with the following size
Now place like me 
[2]-Create two more boxes with the good follwoing amount as shown below 
[3]-Place the boxes like this in the prespective view port like me 
[4]-Create three more boxes with the following size and place like me 
[5]-Create rectangle with the following size and apply the extrude modifier with the amount of 1.0 
[6]-Place the rectangle like it 
[7]-Make the materials like me 
[8]-Now you are done it enjoy the final output as shown below
