[1]-Choose the Chamfer cylinder and create chamfer cylinder with the following size
Place the chamfer cylinder like me 
[2]-Convert the chamfer cylinder into the editable poly and select the polygons like this 
[3]-Create the materials like this 
[4]-Assign the materials like me 
[5]-Create the shape with the help of line tool and open the rendering palette
Now use the following setting

[7]-Create one more chamfer cylinder and apply the taper modifier with the good following amount as shown below

[9]-Create one more chamfer cylinder and place like me 
[10]-Create plane with the following size
Apply the Bend and shell modifier with the good following amount as shwon below

[12]-Set the skylight like this with the good following parameters
