[10]-Create another rectangle with the following size 
[11]-Convert the rectangle into the editable spline
Select the bottom two vertexes and apply the fillet 6.0
[12]-Create shape with the help of line tool in the top view port like me 
[13]-Go to the boolean the now object like me 
[14]-Make the materials like me and now assign the materials like me
