Here I will tell you about 3dsmax 3dmodel film clapper studio tutorial.
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
Spline Modeling and Editable Poly Modeling.

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Now click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > Plane Use the following Setting creates a plane like this
In the top view and set like this in the front view

[2]-Now click on the rectangle button and use the following setting create a rectangle like this
In the front view

[3]-Now apply the extrude modifier and set the (Amount: 4.5)
Now your rectangle should like this

[4]-Create a box with the following settings:
Length: 10, Width: 92, Height: 4.
Create in a front view

[5]-Right click on the box and convert it to editable poly next, select the vertex mode
Select the vertex like this in the front view

[6]-Now set the vertexes like this in the front view
Then set all the vertexes like this

[7]-Now select the polygon mode in the Editable poly
Then make selections like this

[8]-Assign the material like this
Same treatment for white Strips
Your object should like this

[9]-Now create a one more copy of the box with the help of clone option palette
and pick the (select and rotate) tool in the main toolbar rotate the box like this

[10]-Create a cylinder with the following settings:
Length: 8, Height: 3.
Create cylinder in a front view

[11]-Open the material window
Click on the diffuse map button then select the Bitmap option
Pick the jpg like this
Now assign the map to the rectangle

[12]-After assign the material press (F9) and you will see the final is ready
Save the file in your folder
