Hi…..friends here i will show how create a stock vector illustration 3d flashing lights images.
In this tutorial you will learn how to create a flashing lights quick and easy.

[1]-Choose the Chamfer cylinder and create Chamfer cylinder with the following size
Apply the Taper modifier with the good following amount as shown below

[2]-Place Chamfer cylinder like me

[3]-Convert the chamfer cylinder into the editable now select the polygons
Apply the extrude polygons with the amount of 2.0

[4]-Your object should like this

[5]-Create another chamfer cylinder and place like me

[6]-Create sphere with the following size and place like me

[7]-Select the edges and apply the chamfer edges with the amount of 0.11

[8]-Use the material setting as shown below

[9]-Similary create all three materials like me

[1]-Choose the Chamfer box and create Chamfer box with the following size
Now place like me

[2]-Convert the chamfer box into the editable poly
Now select the polygons and apply extrude polygons with the amount of -2.24

[3]-Create Chamferbox with the following size and place like me

Drag the control point like me

[5]-Create two rectangle with the following size and apply the extrude modifier with the amount of 0.2

Go to the boolean now boolean the object like me
