Let’s see, how to create.
[1]-First of all open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 500×400 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection.
[3]-Now fill the #’ffba21′ color in selection area.
[4]-Now select the ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading.
[5]-Now create the selection at new layer fill with # ‘ f7941d’ color.
[6]-Create another selection at new layer fill with Wight color.
[7]-Now create the selection at new layer & fill with # ‘ffc61a’ color then create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[8]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’ 
& create the following shading.
[9]-Similarly create the other shape then yo ur shapes should look like as shown below.
[10]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’ & use the following setting.
[11]-Now create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ with color # ‘febe21′ right click select “Stroke Path”
& use the following setting of stroke path.
[12]-Create the another selection at new layer & fill with # ‘ffcc01′ color then create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[14]-Create a new selection then select the ‘Dodge Tool’ 
& Highlight the some parts.
[15]-Now create the shading with the help of Brush Tool.
[16]-Now Ctrl+Click this layer to get the selection.
[17]-Now go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise & use the following settings in Add Noise.
[18]-Now your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.
