[1] First of all Open New Document of Custom Size, Height & Width 500 x 400 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.

[3] Fill the background with the help of “Gradient Tool” after that take the Rounded Rectangle Tool create a shape like this.

[4] Add the following layer styles.

[5] Create another shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool.

[6] For this shape add the following layer styles.

[7] Duplicate the both shape layer.

[8] Create a new shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool fill that layer with White.

[10] Create another shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool fill that layer with White.

[12] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool use these settings.

[13] Now Cntl+Click the previous shape layer to make a selection after that create a shape like this.

[14] Now create a new layer make sure your forground is set to white Now select the gradient tool and set it to Foreground to Transparant and drag it from top to bottom.

[15] Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool create 2 shape like this.

[16] Now add the following layer styles.

[17] Duplicate the all shape layer press Cntl+E to merge down all layers, then go to Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical.

[18] Now click on this icon add layer mask.

[19] Forground is set to Black Now select the gradient tool and set it to Foreground to Transparant and drag it from top to bottom.

Click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > Cylinder
Create a Cylinder in the top view and set like this in the front view

[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 250 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Start by creating a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

[11] Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.
