Photoshop Palace Under Water Animation

Today I will teach you about How to Create Photoshop Palace Under Water Animation

[1]-First of all Open any image with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take following image

[2]-Now create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select Make Selection

[3]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection

[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J

[5]-Now select Duplicate Layer & then press Ctrl+L & use the following settings

[7]-Now select ‘130d5e’ color in Forground & ‘6f89d1′ color in Background & then go to Filter>Render>Clouds & your image
should look like as shown below [press Ctrl+F for best appearance of clouds]

[8]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then go to Filter>Sketch>Bas Relief & use the following settings

I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
Edit poly modifier techniques

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > Tube and use the following setting
Create a Tube in the front view set like this in the left view

Today I am going to make you about how to Create Photoshop custom web design header in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 700 pixels, 250 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Create a new shape with the help of Rectangle Tool color is not important.

[3] Add the following layer styles.

[4] Duplicate layer and clear layer style place it like me.

[5] Take the Shape Tool select this one.

[6] Create a shape and get the selection like this.
And hit the Delete key you get the result something like this.

[7] Hit “M” key, use downarrow key to move the selection down then hit Delete key, you will get.

[8] Now we will add a layer style for this layer.

[12] Select Rounded rectangle tool create a shape fill that layer with #cbc2c3.

[13] Take the Polygonal Lasso Tool create a shape and hit the delete key.
